送紙部 FEEDER UNIT
● Lead edge feeder system, E-flute, F-flute and curved corrugated board are with precisely register. 
● High suction volume, pressure adjustment device, cooperate with different sizes corrugated board keep fixing suction, ensure precise feeding. 
● With Skip feeding function to perform bigger size carton. 
● Electrical counter and display can set production quantity. 
● With zero setting on/off, feeder and slotter can quickly set to zero, easy adjustment. 
● Kicker plate and back damper with motorized linking adjustment.

印刷部 PRINTER UNIT
● Using Top printing system, easily and quickly to check ink volume and change plate. 
● With protection guard for both devices - ink roller and rubber roller, to avoid surface damage. 
● Rubber roll with auto idle device to prevent ink being dry when machine stop. 
● Ink roll will auto. disengage from the surface of plate to avoid damage on printing plate when machine stop. 
 

● With sensor to check ink, when ink abnormal stop, flashing red light warning the operator 
● Ease plate change, zero setting and micro-adjust plate easily. 
Optional：Vacuum Transfer System
● Good for drying. 
● Accurate registration. 
● To prevent "Press flat phenomenon." 
● No need to set pull paper ring.

開槽部 SLOTTER UNIT
● Independently separate pre-creasing roller and creasing roller, ensure accurate creasing for folding. 
● Moveable middle center slotting knife base, suitable for more flexible carton design. 
● Solid machine structure ensure precise and sharp slotting function. 
● PLC touch screen.

啤盒部 ROTARY DIE CUTTER UNIT
● Hydraulic type anvil cover roller lateral movement, anvil cover roller wear out equally with longer using life. 
● Die cutting roller Dia. adopts standard worldwide specification, convenient for making wooden die and installing. 
● Anvil cover using detachable design, easy disassembly. 
● Anvil roller is driven independently, and the compensation speed mechanism is repaired.
